Dr. Zelinger's Books
Dr. Laurie Zelinger will have two (2) new children’s books

She is also the author of two books which are currently

The "O, MY" in TonsillectOMY & AdenoidectOMY: How to Prepare
Your Child for Surgery, a Parent's Manual – second edition

At the request of readers, a second edition of this book was
written two years after the first release and after much
research, in order to include information about unforeseen
complications following surgery. This book has been
recommended as a resource for parents by both the Steven and
Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center of the North
Shore-LIJ Health System of New York, as well as by the
Children’s Medical Center Dallas at Legacy in Texas.

Contributions to Books

Dr. Zelinger is acknowledged for having edited and proofread
the many drafts of Chynna Laird's 2010 book, Not Just
Spirited, the story of a mother's journey raising a
daughter with Sensory Integration Disorder.

American Girl Book
Dr. Zelinger is also credited with editorial development for
the 2009 American Girl book, A Smart Girl's Guide to
Staying Home Alone: a girl’s guide to feeling safe and
having fun
